We appreciate that in making any decision to engage a consulting organisation, a company places a huge degree of trust in them.
Although commercial arrangements vary from engagement to engagement, we have one guiding principle; a desire to closely align incentives with our clients and ensure that we are equal partners in the risks and rewards of any initiative.
Whilst we are happy to work under ‘fixed price’ or ‘time and materials’ style contracts, our preference is for a more value driven style of contract, where the client’s satisfaction with our work is a very significant factor in determining our final fees. |

We believe that this style of contract still gives our clients considerable cost certainty, closely aligns incentives, shares risks and has the highest possible focus on the final value in our delivery.
