In creating The Structure Group, we set out to define a new style of consulting company based on the following principles:

Our clients want up-to-date knowledge and relevant experience; We only have staff with experience. We recruit the best people and invest in them to ensure they remain as such. Our staff have a passion to work in the energy, utilities or Financial Services markets, and you should expect all of our staff to have impact from the first day of the project. All our Directors and staff remain 100% client focused, as we believe business relationships are best built in the 'heat' of project delivery.
Our clients cannot afford poorly scoped projects; Poorly scoped projects cost money, both in terms of cost of delivery, but more importantly in terms of delayed benefits realisation. We deliberately recruit people who are driven by genuine business results. Structure people take ownership of a task or project and follow it through to completion. And completion means realisation of business value. We are willing to tie our success to your success - a significant proportion of our remuneration is based upon client satisfaction.
Our clients need complete faith in the independence of their consulting partners; We are independently owned and all that matters to our business model is the strength of long-term relationships with clients. Our reputation comes before short-term financial results. We do not favour any third party vendors, and take no financial remuneration other than the fees paid by our clients. If we recommend any solution, you can have faith it is because we believe it offers the best answer for your business case.
Our clients know that successful delivery depends on all parts of the team; We do not believe we are always the best answer. We only undertake projects where we believe we are the best choice for our clients and can add real value. We have extensive experience of working with vendors, contractors and other consultancies. More importantly, we also work effectively with our client's own resources, both to deliver results and to transfer key skills.
