Many of our employees came to us via recommendations from existing Structure staff - primarily people they have worked with and had a high level of regard for. So we recruit well-respected individuals with proven track records and significant experience of the sectors in which we operate.

Others typically join directly from industry. They have hands-on experience of the client side: a strong awareness of the issues faced by our clients plus many ideas and benchmarking knowledge of how they can be and are being solved.

And to supplement this all of our staff receive regular and fit for purpose training, in addition to the benefits of our embedded knowledge-sharing framework. We also encourage attendance at all relevant conferences and seminars so we not only know what’s going on now, but we are familiar with and are ready for what’s coming in the future.

But stepping back is important too. As we’re generally dispersed across client sites throughout the UK, Ireland and Northern Europe, it’s critical that we get together regularly to share information, experience and the occasional war story!
