Skills & Experience.
We expect a high degree of competency, and recruit both from a consulting and industry environment. Particular requirements include:

Strong academic performance in a degree at graduate or undergraduate level

Professional and team management experience, according to level, in roles that demonstrate the ability to take ownership and deliver results in challenging, client-facing environments

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially those demonstrated through business process analysis or IT systems delivery
- Knowledge of key drivers of change within your relevant industry segment. Experience in the following areas may be beneficial:
- Trading environments, particularly in energy trading
- Risk management (market and credit) or regulatory compliance areas
- The retail energy industry and CRM or CIS systems
- Global financial markets, retail banking, insurance or investment management
