- You will have a variety of roles over time
- Roles are client-facing and are performed at the client's place of business.
- The company is based in the South East of the UK but work may require travel outside of this area.
- Specific roles will vary depending on requirements but typically require the application of a combination of business analysis, process design, and systems development techniques.
- You will be expected to be able to lead a team of client and/or Structure personnel and also to be self-sufficient in new client environments.
- You will be directly accountable for successful delivery of projects.
- You will be expected to build strong relationships with clients and to help generate opportunities for further work.
- You will have the opportunity to participate in business development outside of your project work.

Skills & Experience.
The role requires a highly motivated, confident individual with strong analytical skills. Particular requirements include:
- Degree at graduate or undergraduate level
- Evidence of professional process / IT consulting experience, in roles that demonstrate the ability to deliver solutions in challenging, client-facing environments.
- Strong skills in business process analysis and/or IT systems delivery, including experience in all stages of the systems project lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral).
- Experience in leading teams of 4 or more people on IT related delivery projects.
- Experience managing project financials including budgeting and invoicing is beneficial.
- Industry experience in energy or financial services environments is an asset.
