You will have a variety of roles over time.

Roles are client-facing and are performed at the client’s place of business.

The company is based in the South East of the UK but work may require travel outside of this area.

Specific roles will vary depending on requirements but typically require application of a combination of business analysis, process design, and systems development techniques.

You will be expected to be able to lead a combined team of client and Structure personnel.

You will be directly accountable for successful delivery of projects.

You will be expected to build strong relationships with clients and to generate consulting opportunities.

You will be expected to participate in business development outside of your project work.

Skills & Experience.
The role requires a highly motivated, confident individual with a high degree of competency in a consulting environment. Particular requirements include:
- Degree at graduate or undergraduate level.
- Evidence of professional business process / IT consulting experience, in roles that demonstrate the ability to deliver solutions in challenging, client-facing environments.
- Proven experience in managing IT delivery projects including all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in leading teams of 5 or more people.
- Experience managing project financials including budgeting and invoicing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral).
- Industry experience in energy or financial services environments.
